The “Five Daily Helpful Habits Bracelet” is a pretty and practical tool for creating greater happiness, balance, order and health for your life. In my work as a Certified Professional Organizer® and Coach I have learned that people can train themselves to be happier, healthier and better organized by adding a few new positive habits or goals to their day. For instance, making the bed every morning, meditating for 15 minutes, taking a ten minute walk, making tomorrow's to-do list at the end of the day, or choosing a healthy meal or snack. These are just a few examples of Daily Habits that increase well-being. Each bracelet contains five primary beads. The idea is to assign one new positive daily habit or action to each of the five primary beads. Use the bracelet as your reminder to complete these actions daily. Each “Daily Habits Bracelet” comes with an instruction reminder card. If you need a larger or smaller size, just let me know and I will custom make a bracelet for you.
